Here I can’t save the game.
At the beginning it says “unable to create save file”. And if I activate the trainer later, I can’t save the game.
Do you happen to use avast or avg antivirus? I experience similar problem in the past where the antivirus is blocking the game’s access to document folder (where the save files are) after the trainer is attached. To fix this issue, I have to manually whitelist the trainer in avast/avg.
